Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Processing Time: 1–5 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999

Note: During festive seasons, high-demand periods, or unexpected logistical issues, delivery may take slightly longer.


International & Imported Products (From USA & China)

Some of our premium and exclusive products are imported directly from our international suppliers in the USA and China.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 15–30 business days

  • Shipping Method: International tracked courier (partners may include YunExpress, DHL, or similar)

  • Customs & Duties: Included in the price unless otherwise mentioned

Elganza ensures that all import duties and taxes are prepaid for a smooth, hassle-free delivery experience.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.


Delays & Exceptions

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts due to unavailability may result in reshipping charges.
